Cancellation Policy

All cancelations must be by phone not text or email via 973 698 9010 or if needed 352 476 1683 48 hours before for full refund more than 24 hours for credit for your next ride and 24 hours or less is a $50 cancelation fee. Pickups at the Airport for last minute Delays beyond 45 minutes of the flight landing will be a 10 dollar fee each 15 minutes intervals unless specified by a team member. Any address past 1 hr 30 minutes will incur an additional fee of 15 dollars for each 15 minute interval.
